Insurance Coverage:
Because coverage varies widely, it is recommended that you check with your insurance company to see what services your policy includes. Office billing statements comply with insurance requirements to facilitate reimbursement.
Dr. Canavan is an out of network provider for insurance companies and has opted-out of medicare.
Hours:
Sessions are by appointment; weekday and limited evening hours are available. Video-conferencing sessions are an alternative to traditional in-office sessions when in-office sessions are not practical. Efforts are made to protect privacy by staggering appointment times.
